业余自修武术训练安排

&nbsp;业余自修武术,时间上不能和专业的比了,但只要坚持下去,业余自修训练也同样会出成绩。下面是我给自己安排的训练,以简单实用为根本,训练时间为90分钟,其中技术部分30分钟,功力部分60分钟。欢迎指点!<br/><br/>技术部分:1.肘法:只进行挑肘,摆肘和砸肘。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2.拳法:只进行直拳和勾拳训练。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3.膝法:只进行撞膝(箍颈膝撞)。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4.腿法:只进行以脚底板为触点的中低位直线腿法:如正面蹬踹踢和侧面蹬踹踢。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5.步法:前进步和后退步。<br/><br/>功力部分:1.热身。上体育课时的那种热身训练。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2.极缓慢上下地拳头俯卧撑。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3.跑步和跳绳。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4.面壁式。(不想多说这个,觉得好的就练吧)<br/><br/>要点:1.训练时要严格认真,严肃对待训练!<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2.认真体悟每个简单技法里的使用。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3.由于在攻击不法侵害时时大多选者对方身体要害为目标(以硬击软),加上现在住的是楼房,挂个沙包难啊,而且打靶“啪啪”响的容易影响邻居们的正常生活,因此,省略了。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4.有机会多和同好交流,注意安全。<br/>
