&nbsp;最近我一直在练习跳绳<br/><br/>就是想要步伐灵活一点<br/><br/>然后上半身就是正手劈反手劈<br/><br/>效果挺不错的<br/><br/>关键是实战不怯场反应快<br/><br/>当然...防身是主要作用，不是用来找茬的<br/><br/>
