<br><span>比赛时只准穿指定道服。 </span><br/><span>比赛场为宽9m的正四方形，离地面高10cm。 </span><br/><span><span>为了防止对打时受伤，必须穿上国际跆拳道联盟指定的护手套和护脚套。 </span></span>

<br><span>比赛使用的松板的大小为30cm×30cm , 厚1.27cm为适宜。</span><br/>以裂开的松板数量来决定名次。
