DFA is a blend of the arts from Southeast Asia, primarily drawing from KunTao, Silat and Filipino Kali. Empty hand, Ground fighting and a variety of Weapons (stick, knife, karambit, machete, tomahawk) are all a part of this system and will be taught in this series.
These videos teach Empty Hand (Pangamut), Ground work (Dumog) and Filipino Weapons.The program is split into 12 week sessions that are easy to follow and learn
Kali Phase 1
Special limited edition, re-edited with new materialPhase 1 starts with basic punches, kicks, elbows, knees and blocks. Empty hand drills, Offensive drills, Kicking drills and Joint Locking Flow drills. You will also learn the Single Stick at Largo (long range). Basics strikes, blocks (meeting and following the force), Abiniko, Abecedario, Sumbrada, Disarms and Locks with the stick. Also teaches the 1st empty hand Sayaw (form, kata). Kali Phase 2
Phase 2 starts with Footwork, Blocks, Retreating Jab, Kicks (stomp, side, pendulum), Foot Drag & Sweeps. Empty hand Slap drills, Offensive drills, Defensive drills and Dumog groung-fighting. You will also learn the Single Stick at Medio (middle) range. Takedowns & Chokes with the stick, Snake and Strip Disarms, Sumbrada drills, and Tapi Tapi with the stick. Also teaches the 2nd Sayaw (form, kata) using Single Stick
Kali Phase 3
Phase 3 starts with the 4 Corners Drill, Hubud #2, Jab Series, Destructions, Defense against the Hook, Arm Wrenching, Dumog, Double Stick Strikes, Blocks, Block & Strike Drills, Solo Drills & Abecedario.
Block & Slap drills, Joint Lock Reversals, Pass & Scoop #2, Tapi Tapi, Ground Locks, High & Low line Takedowns, Footwork, Entry Drills, Sinawali & Sumbrada drills.
Kali Phase 4
Starts with Hubud #3, Entry Drills, Dumog 2 & 3,Block & Strike Drills, Arm & Leg locks, Hubud Switches &Espada y Daga 1-3.
Dumog 3-6, Cadena de Mano,High & Low line Takedowns,Espada y Daga 4 & 5
Kali Phase 5
Dumog #7, Hubud variations,Dumog #8,Tuloy Tuloy(Flowing), Long Staff Spins, Twirls, Striking Angles,Blocks and Abecedaria Drills.
Lock Flow #4, Block & Enter Drills, Highline Takedowns, Lowline Leg Takedowns. Staff Blocking, Tapping, Abecedario and Sumbrada Drills.
Kali Phase 6
We start into somePananjakman (low line kicking) drills and introduce"Baiting",techniques for luring and trapping .
This level features the Dulo Dulo (palm stick), showing basics, counters and flow drill.Neck Crank drills, Takedowns, Dulo Dulo counters for the Hook, Hook/Cross, the 2nd part of the Flow Drill, Hubud (dulo dulo) and Bonus material featuring the Tactical (extendable) Baton
Kali Phase 7Phase 7 shows a new Neck Lock Flowfeaturing Chokes and Stangles, Tie-ups and Takedowns, Choke application and Panajakman kicks and sweeps.
We work on Empty Hand against a Knife, Blocks, Evasions, Drills, Flow Drills and applications
Kali Phase 8
Phase 8 shows how to deal with combination attacks, Tie-ups and Takedowns. Knive vs Knife attacks, drills and techniques.After completing this level you are eligible to test for Instructor Certification.

我不懂鸟语，不会翻译，才照搬原文 大致看了下最后一个，大概是关于短刀的攻防结合，不过对于刀真的是没兴趣，容易出事
