我听说啊，只是听说，美国士兵手册第一页写的是：请记住你所使用的装备是出价最低的供应商提供的。
另外说一下，你说的那个叫做“战场墨菲定律”，和士兵手册根本八竿子打不着，被误传而已。真正的美军士兵手册写的内容如下，也都是喊口号，和中国的士兵手册并没有太大区别。
I am an American Soldier. I am a member of the
United States Army—a protector of the greatest
nation on earth. Because I am proud of the uniform I
wear, I will always act in ways creditable to the
military service and the nation it is sworn to guard.
I am proud of my own organization. I will do all I can

怎么我觉得警机比民用的要好一点
